Nikki Banfield - Tracking

I started Schutzhund
sport back in the late 70's when I saw my first demo
with a Schutzhund dog. I was amazed at the control the handler had of the
dog. The first club that I was a member of was Twin Cities Working Dog
Association with Dave and Donna Rednour in Minneapolis, Mn. I have trained
several breeds of dogs for Schutzhund sport; a Doberman, a Boxer, a German
Shorthaired Pointer, a Rottweiler, and finally many GSD's. I am as committed
to the sport and to the dogs as I was 20 plus years ago. I just completed a
Masters of Science degree and applied to veterinary school.

Trial helper in thirty eight USA sanctioned Schutzhund trials including three USA National Events. Tracking Coordinator / Track Layer in eight North American / FH Championships, five USA German Shepherd Dog National Championsips and sixteen Regional Championships.
SV Jakob Meyer - Protection

My name is Jakob Meyer. Since my youth I have worked with dogs. I've been a member of the SV since 1975. Already my first dam was good for the breeding program. Korklasse 1a, many times SchH3, FH and IPO3.
I am the founder of Kennel vom Beltenkamp. I have earned the golden breeder badge from the SV and have bred about 880 litters.
Out of my kennel comes world champion (Vera vom Beltenkamp) SHZS JHKL but also participates in the state championship tests (Derby vom Beltenkemp).
Other dogs from my kennel have been very successful in shows and trials.
I think I have reached my goals. I personally have trained and shown about 75 dogs. I have worked as a helper for many years. I was on the board of directors for about 20 years serving as chairman for ten of those years. I became a performance judge for the SV in 1993. Ever since I have been a judge for international shows. My calendar is very full in Germany.
I accept this judging offer with great pleasure and look forward to meeting new members and clubs as well as seeing old friends and clubs. This confirms my fair performance as judge of the SV and relationship with people.
I wish for every participant of this show a successful trial, which is not only measured by the winner of the event, but every starter must know there are many handlers with good dogs, but "He" is the one who gets started and that alone is a success.
